Hi Dave,

i just would like to let you know that i am a great fan of PM.com and from PMI/PMP also.
Additionally i love a lot of the provided templates at PM.com and this was especially a reason why i ahd become a premium member of PM.com, cause of the premium content and especially of the premium templates.
BUT i also would like to make a suggestion:
PLEASE STOP promoting this really bad and overall useless template forms out of the "book of forms". Especially in your premium section. Or is this part of the PMI-Deal and you have to?
Sorry, but this simple and plain word forms are not worth being in your premium section and also are not worth my/our money.

Best regards,

Markus

Hi Markus,

Thanks for your input. I really place a premium on what you have to say as an active member of the site. The Book of Forms templates have met with mixed reviews - some good, some bad. Just as one example, the Stakeholder Management Plan (http://bit.ly/1hYbs5R) has received some compliments and was clearly useful to many people.

As a policy, templates that are rated below average by enough people are put into the queue for rework. so you can expect to see improved versions of the templates for each of the types that you've rated as sub par.

Again, I'm really sorry if you had a bad experience with some templates, but thank you for letting us know and believe me when I say "we're on it" and you'll see improved versions in coming months.

Best,

Dave

Hi Dave,

thx for your response.
After rereading my first post, i guess it sounds a little bit harder that i ment it. Sry for that. But my oppinion about this template forms from "the book of forms" is still the same.

Don't get me wrong, like i said before, i love a lot of the templates and presentations and so on which you provide in the premium section and i have no regrets that i paid for the premium membership.
I think you and your team does a really great job at pm.com (btw warm greetings to Heather and thx again for her great support!).
But i also still think that this forms are not worth being in the premium section.
I overlooked the stakeholder mgmt plan template that you mentioned and i still think that it is not really very usefull in practice (well, may be for really small projects or undertakings).
And i also can't find the compliments ... there are no comments yet ...
However, there are much more better templates allready in your databse and also out there in the net.
Lust but not least, i am planning to work on some of my own templates and if they are ready may be i will submit them to pm.com. We will see ...

So, keep on the good work.

Best regards,

Markus
