The project closure checklist should summarize and condense much of the information and data from the project. This data could include the following items in addition to information that is specific to the project:

• The scope: both the original planned scope and the scope that was met by the final result of the project.
• The issues and risks faced by the project and how they were dealt with during the execution of the project.
• The actual data from the project plan versus the baseline data.

This template covers ample questions for integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk and procurement management.
