Project Plan Review

Here is a checklist, with supporting explanations and examples, to guide you through the complicated but critical process of developing a project plan that is usable by all team participants and will prove effective throughout the life of your project.  Make sure your plan is useful and accurate well beyond the project's inception as you track progress and prevent pitfalls as requirements and circumstances change (as they inevitably do).  This guide is focused on three key areas of project plan development: inputs to the plan, good planning practices and how the plan will be used.
