Participating in this three-part 360-degree leadership feedback survey helps provide your colleague with valuable feedback on his/her leadership development needs. Copies of this tool are distributed to this person’s superiors, subordinates, and peers for completion (360 degrees), to provide participants with information unobtainable from conventional assessment instruments.
This activity may be conducted on an anonymous basis with the belief that anonymity facilitates honest, objective, and user-friendly feedback – you will not be asked for any personal information, including whether or not you are a superior, subordinate, or peer.
