By combining influence and importance using a matrix diagram, stakeholders can be classified into different groups that will help identify assumptions and the risks which need to be managed through the project design.  This deliverable helps you draw a stakeholder table and matrix to analyze the stakeholders who may impact your OPM3 implementation.

This is an excellent Stakeholder Analysis template that can be used for any project not just an OPM3 Assessment. A couple of minor typos in the help text of the 'How to draw up a stakeholder table'tab 1)excert in point number 4 2)double 'the the' in point number 5
