This is a very useful software tool can complement diarising and frees the mind for other pressing PM tasks

 Would love to have a conduit/export to enable an import of this into my PALM / PDA. Would allow me to have all of this on my PALM to track issues.

 An easy way to convert this to Access2000 is to create a new blank database and use the "get external data" feature to import the components.

This is a great start, but to make it better I'd do a couple of things: 1. Make it an Access 2000 file 2. Add web based interface
