Building a budget does not require a mastery of voodoo, although voodoo will come in handy later on for dealing with executive management and the consulting staff. Instead, assume that your budget is a set of reasonable assumptions that will probably change. This presentation will help you arrive at a set of reasonable budgeting assumptions.
