What should a GIG Leader be called?

We planning to change the "administrator" designation, because its so much more than that. In fact, most of it is in the promotion, participation and management parts of it. We're tentatively saying "Director, [GIG Name] Gantthead Interest Group". Does that work? What would be better?

I like that title, it does seem to encompass much of the managerial, marketing, and administrative aspects of the role. Other potentials are Champion or Principal.

Other options are "Manager" or "Moderator". Perhaps "Chief Advocate" or "Head" (pun intended).

You could even call them a GIGL (prounounced "giggle") - "GIG Leader". :)

Great suggestions!!!

As much as I like the corniness of Head, Ganthead Interest Group - I am really drawn to your Chief Advocate idea.

Dave - so far my favorites (in no particular order) are:

* Leader
* Chief Advocate (because then we could have additional advocates out there performing evangelical duties)
* Champion
* Director
* Head
