Any suggestions on hosted CRM system for heavy equipment dealers

My organization is looking at getting a CRM. Any suggestions?

Being in the construction industry, supplying slaes, rentals, service and parts, we have not seen many technological improvements, and getting employees to use anything new, might be an issue.

I am hoping to get some guidance.
