Will there be demand for PMOs with Techno Functional skills?
Is MBA degree mandatory for PMOs?
Can the professionals with Technical Background swich to PMO?

Please help me answer these questions

In response to your questions:
Yes there is demand for PMOs with technical knowledge, as long as it relates to a project environment
No an MBA (or any degree) is not mandatory
Yes people from a technical background can move to become a PMO
