What are you doing to RECOVER
Okay, it's official, the recession is upon us and the layoffs are in full bloom.
So, what are you doing to recover? Have you been laid off? Are you searching for a job? What is working for you? What isn't? What are you looking for? Is your resume posted on gantthead? What job boards are you using?
Here is a chance for those hit hard by this economic meltdown to share and make use of our ganttface network to help each other out?
I am hitting the job search hard and am even using a firm to help me with my Marketing Campaign. So far its been like an extreme makeover, with new resumes, cover letters, follow-up letters, strategies and more. I will keep you up-to-date on how its going and I hope you will do the same.
Who knows, if we watch each other's backs maybe some of us will get lucky.
I must say that despite some layoffs (plenty, by the way), the general market and economy in my country are dealing quite smoothly (not that much) with the world's recession. Of course I don't expect things keep running that smoothly any longer, but... more >>
