Here is the comment I have received form Instructor:
Here are some thoughts for your consideration:
1. Confirm the duration of Tasks 21 and 22 by typing a value in the Duration field, eliminating the ?
2. Review the parallel tasks that can lead to overallocated resources (i.e., Tasks 7 and 8)
3. Check the timing of the development and delivery of training. What if changes are required as a result of the testing efforts?
4. Use individual resources instead of groups, such as Information Systems. It is difficult to manage a group (who is actually working on the project) and may hide overallocation of resources.
5. Use Type of Work for personnel resources
Here is what we need to do for this week:
Update the Riordan HR Integration Template based on facilitator feedback, and identify the resources and proposed costs needed to complete the project.

| Hi, I have a project work to do with work break down structure (the professor prefers engineering breakdown rather than functional) as well as resource diagram and gnatt chart. I would appreciate if you give me some tips and some references.
