My goal is to learn and do all I can in the project management profession in various sectors, industries, occupations and become a better person, networker, subject matter expert while enhancing my leadership, strategic planning, facilitation and communication skills.

As a Project Manager at my previous jobs, I have had accountability for the planning, control, implementation and execution of different sort of projects. Sustaining a high safety performance reputation, maintaining quality standards, minimizing costs, and liability have been consistent achievements of my professional commitment. Enthusiasm is greatest asset as an effective and committed Project Manager.


Kristy Tan Neckowicz, PMP is Senior Vice President of InVizion LLC which focuses on Program Management solutions. She is also affiliated with The Professional Development Group for leadership development and strategy consulting. Kristy previously held the position of Vice President of Product Strategy at both Oracle Corporation and Primavera Systems. As a hobby, Kristy teaches leadership and project management at Villanova University and Lehigh University.
