Projects exist to create value. They are a means to an end, not an end in themselves. However, the means by which value is created by projects are often complex, risky, highly specialized, and often idiosyncratic--especially when human beings are involved in the process! So what works for one project may not necessarily work for another one. But finding the right project solution to a business problem is what makes project management such a necessary and satisfying challenge for me.

Strong knowledge in Safety and Environmental Management, HSE, HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Process Hazard Analysis, LOPA, Fire Fighting and familiar with Alberta Safety rules (OH&S) VII. Highly dynamic with proactive personality, well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team. VIII. Ms. Moulliet has over 10 years of project management and scheduling experience across a variety of industries – language services, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, meteorology and the federal government.
