Hi all, I started with Project Management at IBM back in 1999. I wanted a transferable skill even when IBM never had a layoff. :-) I've had my PMP since 2003 and CSM (Certified Scrim Master) since 2008. I've managed projects in technology (ThinkPads), Banking, Medical devices, eCommerce, and now, Healthcare. I've been able to travel to Japan, China, Taiwan, and England. I now lead a team of PM's as we expand the UNC Healthcare footprint in North Carolina.

I'm passionate about bringing people and resources together around a unified vision of sustainable change. Organizations that are serious about change understand that to make change a priority, you have to projectize it. Setting specific, measurable goals and developing a plan of action are the first steps in achieving improved outcomes.
