Hello, I'm a MA, PHR, PMP, PMI-ACP and PMI-PBA who owns Davis Consulting and does special projects for the Project Management Institute. Brian Hampton is the founder and CEO of ChangeNerd LLC. He helps companies like Deloitte, KPMG and Accenture manage their workforce more effectively. He is also an adjunct business professor at Benedictine University. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development and lives in the Greater Chicago area with his wife, and two boys.

Phil Buckley is senior change management professional with twenty-five years of experience helping leaders and their teams align mindsets, actions and behaviours to achieve new and challenging goals. He has managed thirty-two large scale change projects for national and global organizations based in Canada, US and UK. Phil is the author of the book Change with Confidence: Answers to the 50 Biggest Questions that Keep Change Leaders Up at Night (Jossey-Bass, 2013).

Tolitha has been a volunteer leader with PMI since 2008. She was elected to the PMICIC Board as the VP of Membership in 2017. Prior to that role, she has held roles in the Information Systems Specific Interest Group (PMI-ISSIG) 2008 through 2011 and in the PMI Consulting Community of Practice (CoP) from 2012 through 2015. In 2016, she led the PMI Book Club and was appointed to the PMICIC Board as the VP of Professional Development. Based in Indianapolis, Tolitha is a Sr. Project Manager.

Michael Perdunn is a project manager, speaker, and consultant. He has a Master’s degree in Communication and brings over 15 years of experience managing projects in various sectors. Currently, he is consulting helping companies them transform their cybersecurity effectiveness. He is also an instructor in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2011 he was named as a finalist for the Ten Outstanding Young Omahans award.
