The drafting of a project budget always starts with a technical estimate of the quantities of materials, manpower hours and equipment needed to carry out the project. This system allows the project engineer to make estimates as they see fit, and the project manager to draw up the budget according to the detail most suited to project management.
This template is a sample Weekly Project Report originally utilized in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Gas Chemical Project. The report contains sections for project control (project progress, manpower status, area of concern, shipment status, delivery status); QA/QC status; HSE status; and more. Adapt as needed for your own project.
