The Forces Influencing Integrated Strategy

There are several forces that are coming together and impacting businesses worldwide, making it hard to keep up. These diverse set of forces have most organizations concerned about all the changes that may result.

General analysis points to 25% of organizations being impacted by these forces today. When you look at them, it is easy to see how individually and collectively they are likely to change business in ways we can’t imagine—at least at this point.

When these forces actually come to fruition and impact business and other organizations, the program and project managers are likely to take a position on the front line. After all, businesses will have to respond—and that typically means programs, projects and initiatives being launched to mitigate the impact of these forces (and taking advantage of them where appropriate).
