In the constantly changing business landscape, organizations need to be agile to meet consumer and employee needs. They need to develop solutions such as CRM tools, online community spaces and apps for customers.

But overworked IT departments coupled with a shortage of skilled software developers is creating challenges for organizations and decision makers.
