Aioi Nissay Dowa offers insurance services to both domestic and business markets around the world. The company’s vision is to use new technologies to help improve services for its customers at the same time as enhancing its business processes.
It had started implementing citizen development to help drive innovation, using in-person training at corporate headquarters; however, it needed a way to scale the training to open up even more innovation and digital transformation.
The in-person training was also costly to deliver, inconvenient for employees, and restrictive in terms of numbers and throughput.
