Sam Sibley: Hi everyone, thanks for joining the latest edition of Conversations on CD. I'm delighted to be joined by our very own Scott Ambler, VP and Chief Scientist of Disciplined Agile here at PMI. Thanks for joining us.

Sam Sibley: Fantastic, thank you. So, the focus of today's session is really to discuss the relationship between Disciplined Agile and Citizen Developer. So, let's get straight into it. Scott, for those in our CD community who are really aren’t familiar with Disciplined Agile, perhaps you could kick off by providing a quick overview of what it is.
Scott Ambler: Sure. So Disciplined Agile is a toolkit for process improvement. It's different than some of the scaling, agile scaling frameworks that you might be familiar with such as SAFe or LeSS or even Scrum, which is more of a method but anyways, the basic ideas are where the frameworks and methods tell you what to do, DA instead works you through, here's what you need to think about, here are your options and here are the trade-offs.
