Very interesting

Very good document, thanks Naomi

Thank you for the article! I especially agree with the statement that all Project Manager need to work on relationships. I have found a lot of my progress is made based on good relationships.

Thanks Ken, I've found that good relationships will leverage your influence and upward mobility.

The relationship aspect is so vitally important. Building trust and respect through strong stakeholder engagements allows a clear pathway for enabling decisions. With the trust you as the PM understands their vision and expectations, the more they will trust your suggestions and decisions. Also, a great learning experience, and growth opportunity.

I enjoyed the interview Naomi. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Thanks for the revealing information. It would be good if PMI had more about leadership and building relationships in their certifications. They have the processes covered, but the people side needs development.

Yes your right Naomi, Good Stakeholder relationship always help and i have seen in many of my projects. Thanks Sharing.
