KPI's are so important. Success needs to be tracked.

Liz: I think an additional point to be covered in the video is the one related to the amount of resources already spent against the scheduled resources at one point in time and to compare it against progress. This last comparison gives de degree of deviation; if project is correctly performed, such a deviation has to be zero.
