I can’t answer your questions Kevin, too early maybe as I don’t know the answer but I know It is going to be a challenge and it is already becoming challenging.

Hi Kevin, you have raised very relevent and sincere queries. During this VUCA environment and condition challenges are many but there is scarce of solutions. To overcome this innovation in our process and methods is very essential. We should either be a part of this innovation journey or effectively embrace the innovation available. It is easy in saying but practicing is difficult. Keeping eye on New development and emerging technologies is one of method to update ourself. Online courses supported by top most universities is anothet way to be relevent in this condition. Every challenges always gives new opportunity, we need to strengthen ourself to get those opportunity.

Hi Kevin Coleman,
For the questions you raised are very important and still many i think to add.
I think the most factors makes challenges are Top management support and the team work in the work environment. so the questions coming to my mind how can this two context improve the project success and what need to make them helpful for project success.

Good question - After thinking about it, I still don't have an answer. I guess I will be thinking about this for a while longer.

We have made huge strides in so many industries and much of that change is powered by excellent project managers. Perhaps we approach the flood of change the way we approach projects and break everything down into smaller, more manageable pieces which are easier to unpack? I often feel like I am tap dancing on a moving floor with so much constant change. Maybe we need even more project managers going forward into the future!

Since every project is unique, I think a well structured root cause analysis is required to find out the needs and impacts of the diverse project management environment so that we become enlightened continuously. Although, PMI is serving the purpose but a more committed project management workforce is required to create expertise in this field just like in the field of medicine, aerospace, defense etc.
