Excellent stuff. Lots of great advices to have effective meeting. Engagement and effective participation are great challenge for leader who is organising meeting for definite purpose. Recording of virtual meeting is another good suggestions for sharing the discussion. Setting ground rule for virtual meeting is also very important for effectiveness of meeting.
