Thanks for the article, Eduard. I like the idea that PMs should capture the vision of projects and translate them "into a changing and dynamic reality". Times have always been a changing, but maybe these days a bit faster then ever, even faster than when Dylan start singing that famous song. Learning to manage change is a continual learning curve.
