Dear Kimberly
Thank you for organizing the session and for promoting it.

Noted and scheduled!, volunteering makes me combining my day-to-day job with enriching experiences.

Dear Kimberly

I already was volunteer 3 times, apparently I never took any benefits from the action, not even in terms of career growth, networking etc..

I start to reach the conclusion (which can be wrong) that it is difficult to be chosen as a volunteer for activities that really make us grow, connect with other people and improve our skills, since volunteers are selected by experience and as such they are recurrently always the same in different positions.

I like to give, I don't care about it, but I think there should be growth opportunities for the less reputable, bet on the potential and the democratization of opportunities.

Most committed volunteers are those highly qualified and knowledgeable retired project management practitioners whose genuine interest is improve project management professional practices through past experiences. Unfortunately, this is not a major criteria of the decision makers for PMI Global opportunities.
