Drunken Boxing for Project Managers “The main feature of the drunkard boxing is to hide combative hits in drunkard-like, unsteady movements and actions so as to confuse the opponent. The secret of this style of boxing is maintaining a clear mind while giving a drunken appearance.” Yeah... just like that… but with network diagrams and burndown charts… and a wee bit less vodka.

Agile 2015 Video Podcast - Tom Mellor on the Scrum Alliance Coach's Clinic

Each year at the Agile Conference the Scrum Alliance sponsors a Coach's Clinic. Tom Mellor has helping out at the clinic all week and he took a few minutes to stop by and share how things have been going. Agile 2015 Video Podcast Ainsey Nies and Elizabeth McClellan

At Agile 2015 Ainsley Nies & Elizabeth McClellan gave a presentation called "Agile Chartering from Strategic to Tactical: Managing Risk and Quality". They stopped by to chat about the session (which included Elizabeth creating visual information maps of the topics during the session). We also talked about Liftoff, the book Ainsley co-authored with Diana Larsen, what an Agile Charter is, how it works and how it is different from a Project Charter.
