Agile 2013 - Jean Tabaka

Agile 2013 - Larry Maccherone on Rally Analytics

I had the chance to spend some time today talking with Larry Maccherone, the Director of Analytics at Rally Software about the recent study they had done with help from Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute. Rally took anonymous data from 6,629 teams who are using Rally's Agile Application Application Lifecycle Management platform and have been able to use the data to provide hard evidence of things like the value of work in progress limits, team member changes on Agile teams and how that impacts overall delivery.
