Podcast Interview with Dr. Sallyann Freudenberg
One of the highlights for me during the Scrum Trainer Retreat in Paris last fall was the conversation I had with Dr. Sallyann Freudenberg about how to approach helping traditional PMs shake off the things they needed to let go of so that they could be more open to Agile. Sal is an Agile Coach and CST who earned her PhD from the University of Sussex by doing research on Agile. Her understanding of people and the ways Agile can help them is a unique and awesome thing. Last week I had the chance to talk with Sallyann about her research on pairing, how the research impacts her approach to Agile and why she loves her job as an Agile Consultant and CST despite all the dysfunction she encounters. Sallyann will be speaking at XPRolo on April 28, 2014. If you’d like to learn more about Sallyann, you can find her
