About this Blog

Hi there! My name is Guilherme, and I'm a brazilian from Rio who is pretty much interested in the Risk Knowledge Area and its integration with all the others. I've been using Risk and Decision Support Tools since 1997! It's been a long time, and I love working on it! I started using simulation for the calculation of risked cash flows and NPVs, mostly spreadsheet based work.

As I joined Petrobras in 2007, I started working with project management, at the R&D Center PMO and obtained my PMP in 2008. So I joined both passions and, for the last ten years, I've been doing project and risk courses, seminars, presentations, books, as well as hundreds of analysis for the most diverse projects and purposes. And it's been a blast!

In the end of 2017 I started my profile here in and I think that now it would be an interesting idea to start this blog. I hope it goes a long way! Thank you for reading, for being here and for helping Risk reach its full potential in decision support!
