Critical Decision-Making Meeting Planner

The busier workplace means that planning critical decision-making meetings is more important than ever. This planner checklist provides a practical method to schedule and prepare for these meetings. It uses the term critical participants to describe those who must attend the meeting for the decision (vote) to be valid or complete. Critical participants may be sponsors, stakeholders, department leaders, or other key participants. Emphasis is placed on planning tasks, meeting activity analysis, participant analysis and pre-meeting communication.
