The purpose of this 24 point project post mortem questionnaire is to completely and accurately identify opportunities for improvement involving project orientation and training, to develop conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.

“Many employee did not complete required training prior to the desired deadline.”

Example Conclusion

“Start of training delivery was delayed because requirements were not met.“

Example Recommendations

“Consider corporate performance evaluation dates when scheduling major project deadlines.”

“Involve supervisors in detailed planning to best incorporate their need to meet corporate human resource development goals.”
