Anybody can advise the PMI-RMP will be based on PMBok 6 or PMBok 5?

To expand on Dinah's feedback, the Risk Management Standard is in the process of being updated right now. It is going to be released later in 2018 so I'd expect it will be sometime in 2019 at the earliest that we'd see a revised PMI-RMP exam as PMI will likely want to do a new Role Delineation Study, produce a new Exam Content Outline from that, and then get a whole bunch of new exam questions written.

So if your plans are to write the exam this year, you are safe using the Fifth Edition of the PMBOK Guide and the current edition of the Risk Management Standard as two of your references.
