Looking to see if a Project Management Software/Program exist, that is capable of the following.
I would like to import/enter a Start Date, End Date and Estimated Hours for each "Phase". From that, I would like the program to adjust the "Phase" hours (if Over Time is needed) and/or "Phase" resources/personnel accordingly.
This would be needed for multiple jobs.
If a Software/Program does not exist. Is there a way that I can "tweak" one that is available?
Your best bet is Microsoft Project 2016 Standard or Project Online Professional.
On the less cost intensive side you may consider PROJECT in a box - Community Edition by Prosis Solutions. Free to use, but will require a lot more effort to tailor to your needs. Saving Changes...
