Being in a role of PM/DM for more than 3 years now which SAfe certification would be beneficial ? There are multiple certifications available with overlapping roles & resposnibilities.

It depends on which career path you would like to choose. If you are part of leadership team now, willing to support & lead Agile/SAFe transformation in your projects, you may try Leading SAFe (SAFe Agilist) certification.

It really depends on current/target situation. SAFe is very specific. There are other scaled agile routes as well.

If that is the direction of your organization, then certainly go for an appropriate path - https://www.scaledagile.com/certification/...s-right-for-me/

Either way looks to be a great opportunity to show your organization your initiative and commitment to the transformation.

Good luck. Sounds like you have an exciting opportunity ahead. Take advantage of it!
