Hi Kiron,

I know I'm not one of those team members, but I have to admit that I agree 100% with them.
I came to believe you are great at what you do just reading your content here :-)

Thanks Farouq -

I appreciate the vote of confidence! As with everything else, project management has to add value to all stakeholders who are impacted by it - if not, they will not praise it.

I cherish my opportunity in empowering and enabling team members to act independently, make decisions, offer contributions, and provide a safe zone for them to speak up and offer suggestions or insights. They were hired for a reason, provide opportunity for that to show.

Hi Farouq,
There are good moments in project when your project team says that this is one of the best managed project I have ever worked. This is WOW moments and we feel proud. Also whenever we achieve our tough project target we feel satisfied. Receiving good note from key stakeholders at that moment increase our happiness.

Thanks a lot !!
