Communicate Clearly and Effectively, using these 3 Body Language Practices
Network:401

According to research, nonverbal communication (Body Language) ranges from 63% to 90% of our interactions. And as we all know, we spend most of our time as Project Managers communicating.

Are you looking to improve your communication skills? Then let me share with you a guide I developed, which is completely free, in it you will discover:

*) 3 Body Language practices which will help you to improve your communication skills

*) Why Body Language "common knowledge" is usually wrong and what to do instead.

*) When it is OK to use silence as a way of communication

Please comment below so I can send you a message with the link where to download it.

All the best to you!

The body reflects ones confidence and competence on a particular subject matter so it is important to understand; my view is that one also needs to be confident and competent i the subject being communicated for the body language to match.

Thank you Tim! Such an interesting point of view! Some studies show that you can use Body Language to look and feel more confident and competent. Obviously, we need a baseline, if we do not know anything at all (about the topic we want to talk about), there is no Body Language or any other tool that could help, in my opinion.
