Actually to host a good meeting is an art... and a lot of it have to do with knowing ahead of time about what's going to be discussed and keep the meeting as Michael Coleman told you on his response....Keep it on target.

You should have a plan and agenda and discuss the WBS status and ensure the project deliverable is linked with business requirements!!! and don't discuss so much about risk, focus the high rank of risk!!!

Meetings is all about to discuss regarding tasks with the stakeholders as well as team members. Try to collect all the documents for the project and make a register where your previous projects faced an issues.

After that we can look forward that where we may have challenges.
