Most notable project

In the 25 + years in project management and as a science and technology advisor, I got to review a number of unique and quite interesting programs and projects. The highlight of my career was the opportunity to look at the New Horizons Space Probe that went to Pluto and beyond!

What is the most interesting/notable program or project of your career?

That requires 2 answers. My most notable was the project I managed for a local nonprofit. Most interesting the AI project I am on now.

I would say the robotic automation program I completed earlier this year. The initiative had an imaging system and it was the first I have had one on any project. I have to say, it was interesting as all-get-out.

"Impartial observers from other planets would consider ours an utterly bizarre enclave if it were populated by birds, defined as flying animals, that nevertheless rarely or never actually flew. They would also be perplexed if they encountered in our seas, lakes, rivers and ponds, creatures defined as swimmers that never did any swimming. But they would be even more surprised to encounter a species defined as a thinking animal if, in fact, the creature very rarely indulged in actual thinking."
