Future Proejct Sales Tracker
Our sales team is always working on potential deals with our clients. I need a way to keep track of all those deals and what phase they are in, so I can ensure I have the proper resources available. Does anyone have a tracking mechanism that monitors this type of data; possibly some type of "Portfolio Pipeline" but spans across multiple clients.

Why not use a CRM solution like Salesforce as the native reporting and information structure would likely save a lot of customization?


Seems that a simple Kanban board could offer a solution here? Offers a visual depiction of cure and upcoming for planning.
