What is an Agile Enterprise?

As a Project Manager, what do you consider an Agile enterprise?

I don't remember where I read this, but I'd found a list of five traits of agile companies which went well beyond enterprise usage of a given Scrum framework. These were:

- Shared sense of vision & goals
- Empowered & connected teams
- Rapid decision & learning cycles
- People-focused model that inspires
- Advanced & evolving technology strategy

And Scott & Mark at the Disciplined Agile Consortium envision a Disciplined Agile Enterprise as one which injects agility across a variety of process "blades" (https://disciplinedagileconsortium.org/Dis...nterprise-DAE).
