Have you considered joining Toastmasters to improve your Communication and Presentation skills?
Network:201

Communicate, communicate, communicate. Communication is one of the most important things you will ever do. You need to communicate to the administration people, staff people, your team, your peers and executives. You need to learn how to communicate clearly, to the point and how to get your message across. Toastmasters will provide all the material and support to be a better communicator and presenter.

Yes, I joined Toastmasters this year. It´s an amazing experience!

Many chapters (as PMI Madrid, Spain Chapter) includes Toastmasters as a service for its affiliates.

I have considered it on and off over the years, but never got around to it.

Similar to Sante. Though, even without it, have steadily improved over the years.

One of my top priorities for 2019 is joining and becoming active in Toastmasters

Yes, they offer good services but the commitment is quite high if you want to mature with them.
They do not only offer communication/presentation improvement, but also have a leadership track. Supported by their pathways online offering.

One of the most valuable things in my pre-college education that has helped me in my career was involvement in theater and "Speech Team" as it enabled me to get a lot of coaching in public speaking and overcome fears.

That said I've been considering Toastmasters since I realize I have bad habits creeping back in, and if *I* notice those, other seasoned speakers certainly can show me others where I have a blind spot to my own faults.

Yes, with Toastmasters you will be able to learn what bad happens you now have taken on, and learn about them in a safe environment. You will also learn what does work for you i.e. good presence, good use of vocal variety and pauses.

If you want to know more about pathways below you have a link.

I selected "Strategic Relationships" because you develop skills as a leader in a volunteer organization, which is useful in my current position as Volunteer Director in PMI Madrid, Spain Chapter.

As @Thomas said you develop both leadership and public speaking skills.
