Why does Control Scope does not have Risk Register as an Output?
Network:10426

Just as most other control processes why does Control Scope does not have Risk Register as an Output?

If Control Schedule has Risk Register as an updated document
If Control Costs has Risk Register as an updated document
If Control Risks has Risk Register as an updated document
If Quality Control has Risk Register as an updated document
If Monitor and Control Project Work has Risk Register as an updated document
If Control Procurements has Risk Register as an updated document
If Control Resources has Risk Register as an updated document
If Monitor Stakeholder Engagement has Risk Register as an updated document

George,

I will stick by my answer that the updates to the risk register resulting from M&C processes would be an iteration back through the risk management processes as opposed to a "direct update".

Kiron, thanks, but I'll let someone else answer this time... :)

But, even though you reply may or may not be partially right, the real question is very simple (and I'll update the original discussion question, so some can address it)...

But RM depends and is linked with Control Scope. When the CS change, will need to take a look in the RM and analyze the impact. Of course that some scope change could not impact in Risk, but the GM must evaluate the point, for me even in this case, the GM must register that the Change is not or will not impact in the RM.

Nascimento - thanks for your reply, but again, regardless if your statement is true or not the question is direct and simple...
