I want to help people to build global businesses by approaching the best way to undiscovered markets. That could not be possible without developing long term team relationships. As you may read, my objective is to have a presence in economies on development. We do soft landing, but rather than only showing the way to businesses how to make business abroad, we provide them with a suitable best experience to explore long term relationships when going abroad. We design the strategy, expansion plan, tax strategy, providers & potential clients agenda and project management. Also, we develop the financial strategy on their venture, provide them with investors and business network to ensure they have the best result to open a business abroad.

Let me give you an example: You detect that a company in your country is willing to expand its operations abroad where we already have a great connection. you will contact them, interview them to know their requirements, after that we have a meeting to work on the strategy to design the experience to help them going abroad.

We focus, on tax, financials, business strategy, stakeholders, cronogram, cost, investment requirements, risk etc. We come up with a structured plan and we call them, after they signed the contract we will start working as a team with the client to help them opening their operations, contacting potential clients, looking for offices, registering the company, etc. Everything that they need according to our plan will be provided to them.
As well this process works in the other direction when I detect a company from Latam willing to explore the XXXXXX market, as you are national, you know the laws, culture, etc. You will be the main stakeholder to help to build the business bridge between the Latin American company with the Indian market.
All the research must be based on PMP METHODOLOGY AND PESTEL METHODOLOGY.
