I love the fact that each project is creating a totally unique product, service or result. It's always fresh!

It's always very humbling to see the growth in your project team members.

Hello Thomas - I love this. You enjoy being that calming influence to settle down the team and help them realize they can move forward.

I don’t know if there is one thing that is “most rewarding”, but here are some things I enjoy:

- Providing hard and soft value to an organization
- Bringing a project in for a landing amid a threatening storm
- Collaborating with teams/stakeholders and being part of something that is transformative
- Impacting lives interpersonally

To name a few.

Hi George: I really like these and agree with each of these. On a side note, I appreciated the wording of this sentence - Bringing a project in for a landing amid a threatening storm. Are you a writer?

Hello Sergio. You don't expect rewards? There aren't things that bring you enjoyment or gratitude in your role as a PM? I probably could have posed my question better, because I believe you probably do!
