I can recommend “Act like a Leader, Think like a Leader”, by Herminia Ibarra. This book is for new and seasoned leaders alike who need to understand the new rules for success in their own organization, and in the global business environment at large. It is a handy guidebook for anyone who wants to upgrade their role or be the leader their organization needs them to be.

This summer I will read a book that has collected great reviews “Nudge: Improving Decisions about health, wealth and happiness”, by Richard H. Thaler and Cass R. Sunstein. It is a book that intends to demonstrate how it is possible to design environments that make it more likely for us to act in our own interests.
Eduard, sound interesting glad you put a little summary

My goal is to read Leadership and Self-Deception: Getting Out of the Box, and The Outward Mindset this summer. These are by the Arbinger Institute. I really am enjoying the Leadership one already.

I just recently enjoyed Jillian Michael's "Unlimited". I also liked "The Art of Body Talk" by Gregory Hartley.

If you like biographies, you'll enjoy Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run".
