Where can I find a list of questions that should be asked for each Process
Example:
Plan Scope Management:
Who is responsible for defining the scope?
Who is authorized to approve changes?
Who can request changes?

Are there any best practices questions that need to be asked in each process?

I'm always afraid that I've missed something, and if I had a list of questions for each process it would help. Even if some of the questions didn't apply.
