What is a good process / template to calculate TCO of a cloud CRM implementation

We are working on a business case / vendor selection for a CRM system and was wondering if anyone had a good model to calculate TCO from different offerings with a key to include ongoing support costs. Information on this would be highly appreciated.

A quick Google search reveals a few possibilities. Have you looked into them so as to define your particular requirements?

Goodness of Process/Template needs to be assessed first hand before usage.
