After research, I noticed that the offer of Discipline Agile training and workshops focuses mainly on the American continent!

Virtual workshops are few with widely spaced schedules. What plan does Discipline Agile have for its expansion or growth?

Why doesn't PMI leverage chapters to spread workshops and lower levels of certification as Discipline Agilist or Certified Discipline Agilist?

Dear Alexandre
In most countries where there are chapters training (in person or online) is provided by R.E.P.'s
This is the case of Portugal
It's a subject that PMI can address with R.E.P.'s
On the other hand...
With the online offer, we can always sign up for these training courses

You do not need courses. Take a look to Scott Ambler blog in this site. On the other side, you can find lot of Scrum courses for example and 90% of the are not about Scrum. They are about own interpretations or implementations of Scrum, for example when inside those courses talked about user stories, stories points, etc. At the end, I did not read which is the strategy about DAD stated by the PMI.

We are currently doing a train the trainer program so we can expand our offerings. But if you want, we have two workshops that are delivered online anywhere in the world. One is on FLEX (it is being integrated with DA as we speak) and the other is for an advanced scrum master Kanban coach - part of the DA Lean Scrum Master curriculum of the future.

If anyone is interested, please let me know.

Alexandre -

the initial courses which PMI is offering after acquiring DA were announced at the Global Conference and are being offered in Las Vegas. However, DA partners are being trained to deliver these courses and their existing partnership program has partners globally who could provide training and consulting services.

For more info in the interim, you could visit: https://disciplinedagileconsortium.org/Certified-DA-Partner

If you are interested in learning more about the DA framework, that website provides a ton of useful learning resources and you could also pick up a copy of Scott & Mark's book "Choose your WoW" which is a great reference for those who wish to learn and practice Disciplined Agile Delivery (which is one of the domains within DA).

Good luck!
